The complex will be managed under home owners association as per Units Titles Act, 2008 which provides for the management of division of buildings into units, clusters, blocks and sections owned individual of co-owned and use of designated areas; to provide for issuance of certificates of units titles for the individual ownership of the units, clusters or sections of the building, management and resolution of disputes arising from the use of common properly; to provide for use of common property by occupiers other than owners and to provide for related matters.
